Betsy continues to work on her carpentry skills through the Pacific Northwest Carpenters Institute and the International Training Center, and she loves to share this knowledge with her students to make a difference in their lives.

Markus’ favorite part of his job is teaching students new skills and seeing their excitement when they succeed. Markus instructs his students on how to gain employability skills to succeed in an apprenticeship and future career.

joined Tongue Point Job Corps Center as the Building Construction Technology instructor in March 2020. He has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. Sonny loves to work with all the tools the job requires and pass on his knowledge to his students.

, the Network+ instructor at South Bronx Job Corps Center, is a skilled and dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in information technology support and technology training. Gaston is a certified technician and holds certifications in CompTIA A+; Network+; Microsoft MCSA, MCSE and MOS; Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching; CCNA Security; and Cisco CCNP. He is skilled at installing, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting server and client operating systems and applications, and enjoys passing these skillsets along to his students. 

has been the Driver’s Education instructor at South Bronx Job Corps Center for over 25 years. Throughout his time at Job Corps, Dennis has maintained a 98% classroom success rate for learner’s permits and driver’s licenses. He has also assisted with an on-campus Job Corps mentorship program for the past 12 years. 

is South Bronx Job Corps' Office Administration instructor. She worked at Little Rock Job Corps Center for four years, where she also received certifications to teach Computer Networking. She acquired a baccalaureate degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In her current role, Belinda teaches administrative skills, computer applications, office proficiency, and the skills necessary to obtain, maintain and cultivate a professional career as an office administrator. 

is the A+ Computer Technician instructor at South Bronx Job Corps Center. For most of her career, Brenda has instructed Fortune 500 companies, colleges and nonprofit organizations on the techniques and software of computers across several different industries. Since she was a child, Brenda has had a passion for teaching and always knew she would become a teacher.

is a Reading instructor at South Bronx Job Corps Center and loves teaching English language skills to his students. He is passionate about helping students and making them feel more comfortable with language arts. When Eric isn’t lecturing, he enjoys listening to jazz music, looking for vintage items in flea markets, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Throughout his career, Dr. Fink worked as a medical assistant, as an oncology technician and in other various positions in medical offices. He later received his doctorate in naturopathic medicine. Prior to joining Job Corps, he served as an associate professor while running a small practice. Now, as the CMA instructor, Dr.

brings 20 years of career experience to her position as a Security and Protective Services instructor at South Bronx Job Corps Center. Tamisha is an NYS-licensed security guard, is OSHA-certified, and is ASP-certified in baton and handcuffs. She loves to help students gain the fundamentals, knowledge and certifications needed to enter the security industry.
